The series has never explained why he hasn't aged a bit, mentally or physically. With the knowledge of his true age, many fans may never look at him the same ever again without feeling a slight level of discomfort. Androids 17 and 18 have never had their official age revealed, but it's pretty easy to infer their ages based on what information is known regarding the twin siblings.

We also saw him almost die during the Tournament of Power as well, and many fans thought him dying there would have been a beautiful ending to the original Kamehameha savant. So there you have it, the secret to immortality! If you can find Goku and Krillin and trick them into getting you some Paradise Herb from Forest of Terror, then you too can live as long as Master Roshi.

The tournament between universe 6 and 7 took place and the whole arc with Zamasu and Goku Black happened. Also, at that time the Dragon Ball time, the Tournament of Power took place where Android 17 won the tournament.

So as we can see Master Roshi is one of the oldest Dragon Ball characters ever live.
